A temple operates by the Tasmanian Chinese Buddhist Academy of Australia has been vandalised for the second time this year in what has been described as a disappointing racist incident. Paint was thrown onto the sign at the Jin-Gang-Dhyana Buddhist Temple in Campania on Friday morning.
