Tasmania Police has seized the motorbike of a novice learner rider after he was allegedly caught going 87 kilometres over the speed limit. Police detected a blue CF-MOTO motorbike – fitting the description of the one they seized – allegedly travelling at 167km/h on the Midland Highway at Powranna about 2:30pm Saturday.
