North Melbourne young gun a “real chance” of missing Geelong clash

North Melbourne young gun Luke Davies-Uniacke is in serious doubt for the club’s clash against Geelong at GMHBA Stadium on Sunday.

Davies-Uniacke has been one of the shining lights for the Roos so far this season, averaging 19 touches and five marks in his four games.

SEN Chief Sports Reporter Sam Edmund reports that there’s a “good chance” he won’t play in Round 5 as a result of a calf injury.

“(North Melbourne) could be making that trip (to Geelong) without young gun Luke Davies-Uniacke,” he said on SEN’s Crunch Time.

“There’s a good chance he’ll be a late withdrawal with a calf issue, it’s exactly what they don’t need.
