Riders flown to hospital, woman injured in rollover | The Examiner

A trail bike rider, and a mountain bike rider were both rescued in separate incidents on Saturday morning. The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to the Laurel Creek Regional Reserve at Loyetea after a man in his 40s crashed his trail bike into a tree about 11.30am. He suffered an abdominal injury, and was flown to the Launceston General Hospital. Earlier in the morning, a 20-year-old man was winched to safety after…
