Walker rescued in Cradle Mountain National Park after overnight search | The Examiner

A walker has been found safe and well in the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park after activating her personal locator beacon on Monday evening. A rescue party of police, SES and paramedics prepared to make the five to six hour walk from 9.30pm after the beacon was detected from the Lees Paddocks area, south of Mersey Forest.
